Even though here in western Canada we’re still buried in snow, it’s beginning to feel like spring! Our snow is melting, it doesn’t get dark untill after supper, and I can finally wear something other than my winter boots. With that comes the need to add some touches of spring around our home. And I’m so excited to join my sweet friend Jen from Noting Grace and some more of my sweet blogging friends today with some spring DIYs!!

If you’re stopping by from Kelly at The Tattered Pew, welcome! I love her beautiful dresser and especially the lining! Come on in and let me show you a little spring that’s sprung in our home.

I’ll admit to one of the worst #bloggerfails ever. Photos. Every blogger takes step by step pictures of any DIY we ever do, correct?

Wrong. Well, most times we do and in my case, I did but have searched my computer high and low. Good thing this is one of the simplest crafts you could ever make.

I used these 9″ embroidery hoops and then the greenery was stuff I already had. I unscrewed the little metal part that holds the hoop together and then using my hot glue gun I glued the two ends together. I then arranged my greenery along the bottom of the hoop and glued it in place and done! I made a couple of these and love how they bring a little bit of color to any space!

And before you leave, be sure to stop over at my friend Leigh from Little by Little Farmhouse! She has such an adorable spring DIY using embroidery hoops as well! And then all the other ladies on this tour are below!
