Best Ever Never-Fail Yorkshire Pudding

Hello Everyone!

Have you ever tried Yorkshire Pudding? If you haven’t, you must try this recipe!! It is super easy and a staple in our home with roast beef supper!

I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve received when we serve these to company! They look like you fussed over them for hours, but just don’t tell anyone they took 1 whole minute to whip together, let them bake and serve! That easy, seriously!

This has been my husband’s special recipe for many years. These Yorkshires impressed me big-time when we were first married and he whipped them up for me. And now, whenever we have roast beef supper, they grace our dining room table. Our little ones love them equally as much! They are the perfect compliment to roast beef…. served alongside gravy, I know you won’t be disappointed!

Yorkshire Pudding:

4 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp salt

vegetable or canola oil no stick cooking spray

Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt well with a wire whisk. Do not use electric beater.  Let batter sit on counter for 2-4 hours. Beat batter again, just before using.

Preheat oven to 450C. Very generously, spray muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour batter evenly into  12 muffin cups. They will be about 1/2 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until nicely browned.

Serve immediately.

Please Note: Yorkshires will rise high but will fall shortly after being removed from oven. This is normal.

Ok, I LOVE Yorkies! Always have too, I didn’t like eggs as a kid but LOVED Yorkies so we had them a lot… now I make them from package mostly – I really should make them from scratch. Thanks for your recipe, Pinned!!
